Distinguished delegates,
On behalf of the President of the UN Security Council, I am pleased to welcome each and every one of you.
Today, as the world plunges into the depths of chaos, many international norms are undergoing a severe crisis, and hatred is becoming the language of our time — it is more important than ever to preserve our humanity and remain true to the values laid down by the founding fathers of the United Nations.
The agenda of our committee is of crucial importance for current political situation. Private military and security companies are gradually becoming major participants of modern conflicts. To sustain in peace and order, our goal is to define the future of PRMCs. I am confident that the universal values of the UN, along with diligence and empathy, can work wonders. Let us create those wonders together!

The values of the United Nations were never meant to be decorative. They are a call to action — especially when the world grows loud with anger and impatient with peace. Your task is to prove that diplomacy is not weakness, but the most demanding form of strength.
I look forward to debate that is sharp yet respectful, and to outcomes that are ambitious yet achievable. Together, you can shape a response worthy of the challenges we face.

Уважаемые кандидаты на роль делегатов Совета Безопасности, для успешного написания позиции страны вам необходимо учесть следующие рекомендации:
Позиция представляет собой краткий доклад, содержащий отношение правительства представляемой страны или официальное отношение представляемой организации к проблеме, обозначенной в повестке дня.
— объем 400-600 слов;
— позиция должна содержать краткий комментарий, отражающий авторский подход к решению проблематики, вынесенной на повестку дня.
Примерная структура Вашей позиции:
- Краткая характеристика основных аспектов повестки и проблем, которые необходимо рассмотреть в ходе сессии. Упоминание документов, имеющих значение в урегулировании вопросов повестки.
- Описание ситуации, сложившейся в Вашем государстве, относительно повестки дня.
- Предлагаемые Вашим государством меры по разрешению задач, поставленных по повестку.
